When to test LH surge

Question

What time of the day is best to test LH surge using OPK? I had read smwhere first morning urine sample is not good as LH is produced during the morning n therefore one shud test later during the day....please help?

the Internet says after 2 b/c unlike pregnancy test fmu is not the best time to collect samples for ovulation tests, as LH is synthesized in your body early in the morning and will not appear in your urine.

I would do both for the first month. See what works for your body and when it creates its surge. :)

The box says in the morning after you wake up, like your first pee of the morning! So that's what I do!

I normally test first morning urine around 9..  and around 6 or 7 at night
.  Personally for me.. i normally get my LA surge around 6 or 7 at night !

The morning urine is the richest and offers most accurate results.
