Anyone know why

Why do babies touch theyre face when going to sleep? My baby does this and she hates being wrapped. When she does this i try to wrap her and sometimes it works when she wants to go to sleep. But i noticed shes been doing thid lately she will touch her face i check to see if she has bugers she don't maybe her face itches so i rub it thats isint either. So why? She will do this then sleep for a few mins and do it again. Shes 8 weeks. She don't cry or nothing. I mean she does noices but nothing delicate.
