This is a weird question ha

This is super weird. Don't judge me lol. But I'm supposed to get my period today, and it's only 8:30 am but... There isn't anything there when I wipe. So, I kind of stuck some toilet paper "up there" and some blood came out on it.... That's probably weird but I was wondering if that's blood from my period coming or something else.. Like implantation bleeding.. Should I just wait and my period should be here?
