I'm exclusively breastfeeding and I really miss having time to myself I don't want to go down the town or anything just maybe out for dinner or to the gym, I've tried pumping and it makes me really sore and I can't get enough unless I pump everyday for like 4 days then I can go out for maybe 2-3 hours, I was wondering if it would be okay to just leave her with a bottle of formula a couple times a week but still bf the rest of the time? My baby's 10 weeks
