Need some advice.....please

I got my IUD out in April. Had it for four years. Before that I was on the pill for a long time. Since getting my IUD out my cycle days have been 29, 39, 29, 28 and currently I'm on cycle day 32 and no period. I was suppose to start Tuesday according to Glow. But no period and BFN. Should I be worried that my periods are kinda wacky? Wondering if I should call my doctor to talk about it. We are going to start TTC seriously soon.
