Nexplanon help

So I had the nexplanon in for about a year and got it removed just this past January. We've been trying to get pregnant but no luck yet. I did not start any other birth control and no other preventative alternatives (like condoms, etc) Any opinions on how to help spend up process without getting prescribed anything?
