BBT confusion

So, I will be starting my second round of Clomid next week.
I didn't monitor my BBT the first round (wish I would've).
So, this round I will be.
However, I'm super confused on how to do this.
Is it only in the mornings? Or throughout the day?
And how much does it rise usually when your ovulating?
Who knew getting pregnant was this difficult.
