Prenatal vitamins

Im a first time momma so I didn't know you needed iron in the second trimester. I'm taking Prenatal Gummies I got from my local CVS store and they are iron free. I have an appointment today at 2:30 do I bring this up with my doctor and will I need to be put on a different type of prenatal? This is the third prenatal I've tried because the pills made me sick and I would throw them up...
