Preclampsia? !

I'm 28 + 2 and have been in the hospital for the last three nights. Now showing early signs of preclampsia can someone explain a little about this and tell me what they do if you have it ? Doctors say different every time ...

I developed mine at 28 weeks last year . My blood pressure wouldn't decrease to I delivered via c section 6 days later . Baby was 2 pounds 4 ounces . Because of the steroids and magnesium she came our breathing on her own spent 5 weeks in NICU to get bigger needed so extra medicine or machine . It was best case scenario . However this pregnancy 23 weeks now I changed my lifestyle and I would so not want that to ever happen again it was so emotional and depressing for me . Anyways my eldest daughter is 15 months and in the 80th percentile for weight / height and development for June babies (born June 24 ) due date was September 10 . Drink beet juice / carrot juice . Or grapefruit significantly lowers pressure wish I knew that last time .

What are the early signs?

I have it and so far I've been out on bed rest and they are just watching my BP. I had to do a 24 hour urine collection and weekly labs to monitor my PH levels and I've been ordered to eliminate salt as much as possible. I've also had weekly growth scans to make sure princess is still growing just fine. I'm 36 weeks though so they may want you'd to stay at the hospital since you're still early on.
