My fiance and I are trying to conceive and I'm pretty sure that we have. Lately she has felt, sluggish, along with sore breasts and urinating more frequently. She told me something that kinda is almost spiritual in a way. She said she felt pregnant. Like she has this feeling that she is carrying a child.

This is my first , her third. I trust her very much because she's been though this.

Have any other women felt pregnant and actually were? I'm very excited and I would love to know for sure.

We took a test this morning, but it was negative given that she just ovulated last week and week after next is her period. I think it was too early to test.
