Baby movement

I'm currently 31 weeks and 2 days and I started to notice my baby hasn't been moving as much as he usually does. I still feel his kicks throughout the day but not as often. I'm a FTM and I panick over everything,I've also noticed my stomach gets super hard at least once every day . I have my Drs. Appointment next week so I'm obviously going to bring this up to her, just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this as well.
