Labor Day tea?

Has anyone ever tried "Labor Day tea?" I read on naturalmama.com. It's 24 bags of red raspberry leaf tea in 4 cups of water. Super strong.  Sipped throughout the day. I'm making some right now and I'm a little nervous!

I was told that it doesn't induce labor. It helps strengthen your uterus to make labor easier and postpartum healing quicker. I've been drinking it mainly for the postpartum benefits.

I've been drinking super concentrated cups the past few days with no luck. I've seen that some people say it helps. I didn't really think it would do anything since it's not supposed to induce. They also say it's good if you're already having contractions.

Has anyone tried this? I'm a FTM and 40w4d today. I have tried literally every "natural" method to jump start my labor without success. Emailed my doc re:taking castor oil. She said "wouldn't recommend it". My induction is scheduled for this Sunday but I really want to have my naturally. Just made myself the 24 packet version of it...hoping it will do the trick?

it doesn't induce labour, as another commenter said. But has other great benefits like strengthening of your uterus.

My doctor said to do it if I wanted to be in pain but not actually go into labor. :/ But I think she forgot what you'll do at 40 weeks to get a baby out!
