Jax is very common, people will assume it's short for Jaxon,  and it reminds me of dish soap Ajax.

My boyfriends name is Jak which I think would be a better alternative ? But I am biased 😛

Not a fan of Jax because soooo many boys are called Jax (as short for Jaxson) I think Jack is a great name though
