Just want to give up :'((

Hello everyone I had so many symptoms, headache, swollen boobs, frequent urination, cravings, I will just finish eating and in like 10-20 minutes after felt like I haven't eaten at all, I thought I was pregnant because I took a test and it had a faint line..but the sad part is my AF shows up today, but I still feel the same, like going to the washroom a lot, tingling   Feeling in my boobs, I just don't know what to do anymore felt like just giving up, my hopes are gone, somebody please help with some advice I'm going crazy ?????
