First doc appt?

Has anyone had their first doctor appointment? I'm going Friday and wondering if they'll do an ultrasound. Thanks!

But my official "first" OB appt isn't until jan12th

I went at 5 weeks, saw the sac on US and return the 7th (at a lil over 7 weeks) to make sure he/she is showing as a fetal pole.

First ultrasound today. According to my LMP I was supposed to be 6w3d, but I knew I ovulated late. Today I measured 5w5/6d (I love being right! I knew when I ovulated!). We saw the heartbeat, 95bpm. Going back next Wednesday for a follow up ultrasound. Dr is happy. Feeling so blessed!
