Not think im ovulating

I had spotting in Sept just a little pink on a pad did blood test neg.. Now AF was due on the 19th nothing. I use to have pains in my sides bt not anymore.Havent seen any white or sticky discharge since summer.so how would ik if im ovulating or not?? TTC since June
