scan worries

I've read so many horror stories about MMC that I am literally terrified for my 12 week scan (next Thursday). I had spotting at 5 weeks and had an ultrasound at 6 weeks were I saw the heart beat (in the UK they don't seem to tell you BPM but baby was measuring 6 weeks exactly) I'm currently 10+1 and I've noticed for the last few days my morning (all day) sickness has gone and it just comes in a couple of short sharp nausea waves a day. My boobs are saw but not crazy saw or big.. I have no bump or hard lower tummy. I am so worried constantly 😭 does anybody else feel this way 😭
