Fenugreek for milk supply. Does it help?

Does any mommies take  Fenugreek for your milk supply? And if you do , do you think it helps and have you seen any side effects or benefits for your babies?

I tried for a couple days, i think it takes a week or so to work. But i stopped after a couple days because it made my little boy gassy and he started being fussy. So i started drinking mothers milk tea, and ive noticed a difference in my supply, it's only been 48 hours since i started. And also the lady at the vitamin store talked me into taking Blessed thistle so i've been taking that as well, and LO seems to be taking to it just fine

I noticed a 1 oz difference in each breast 24 hours after I started a fenugreek blend!
