+lighter periods 
+hardly any cramps any more!!!
+ low maintenance 
+ I don't get those huge painful pimples on my chin anymore

- it falls out during sex sometimes

I got NuvaRing and when you take it out the first couple of times your vagina goes through withdrawals of it being there. Hated that.
Also I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome it was managed and fine before I got on NuvaRing. It made my hormones soooo out of wack that the PCOS became unmanaged, I gained 60 pounds in 6 months...it took me 3 years to get my hormones balanced...and lose the weight.
Everyone has different experiences, but if you can get a hormone free birth control like a IUD
