Bad mom:(

I was went out today and smoked a cigarette at 1 something and then again at 2 last time I pumped was 11 so he'd have two bottles while I was out I haven't breastfed he has a clean bottle right now.. and then he'll need to feed again in three hours if I pump now will my milk be good for his next feeding? I feel so bad I was doing so good but idk I'm definitely done I hate this feeling:(

I just expressed some milk too
