So I've had Mirena in for a year now, and right now I'm on the fifth (next to last day) of my period. Today my boyfriend came in me for the first time. Now I know with Mirena you're 99.9% covered HOWEVER, my family has a kind of "curse" and the last four generations have all gotten pregnant at 19. Guess what age I am. Lol so I was wondering, (and yes I know you can get pregnant at any time, but) if it's so close to the end of my period and the egg is being flushed out, does it make it any less likely I will become pregnant? (I know I'm being a weenie here with the IUD but with my curse and my boyfriend and I occupied with college we hella don't need a child. Thanks in advance!)
