7w5d and prescribed Metronidazole Gel and Terconazole cream

I'm really unsure if I should be taking these now from what I've read on this app and google. I am only 7w5d base on my lmp. Baby was measuring 7w2days at last sono Thursday. I really need advice!!! I haven't had any signs of yeast infection(no smell and no irritation) nor bV. My nurse called today and said that from the swab that was taken Thursday that it shows bv And yeast infection and my OB wants to treat it sooner. Researching they are both catagory B medicines. Have any 2nd time mommies had to take these? What was your experience? Do u think I should wait?
