Grapefruit juice

Has anyone heard of drinking grapefruit juice to help conceive? If you tried it, did it work? I have googled it and some people are swearing by it. A lot of posts from ladies saying the month they tried it, they got their BFP. I started drinking it 2 days ago (day after AF). Fingers crossed!
