motivation time !
So I just went for the first jog of what I hope leads to many more ! I am 5' 3ish and weigh a crap ton !! 102kilos to be exact.. (224 lbs ) yikes! I know
Don't know how I got to this point seeing as I am only 18!!! And may I add used to be pretty thin
I lost hope over the years after exercise routine after excercise routine after countless different diets kept failing
I became convinced that well this is just who I am
I must have thyroid issues or be diabetic . I gave up for years with that exact mindset
Finally a few weeks ago I decided to get checked and see if it was for real and surprise surprise I'm just really fat. No health issues preventing me from losing weight apparently . It made me realize I really need to try this time and not give up. Well anyways could use some motivation to keep going and post below your weight loss stories please !!
