Terrified!!!!! please help me
Yesterday I went walking for along time suddendly my hip just felt like it was giving out it feels as if I fractured my hip I am scared that my baby is dead due to all the walking I did yesterday I am a FTM I have not had any bleeding or anything but I am scared I really harmed my baby I woke up with no morning sickness I just turned 10 weeks today 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪
