Cold in the 3rd Trimester.. what helps?

I am 30 weeks pregnant today! Yipee! Unfortunately, I woke up with a cold. So far, it's just a horrible runny nose but since I'm so lucky to work outside in the cold and rain I'm sure it'll get worse.
What cold medicine can I take while in the third trimester?
