What type of pains?

What type of pains did you moms experience after giving birth? I went to the hospital last night to get check for chest pains. They did all the test that they do blood work xray heart attack tracking to see what was causing the chest pains. Everything came back good but my chest pains are unknown I do experience some heartburn and depression and anxiety that make me worry and shake with cold chills but I don't know where all that coming from my household is awesome I get help with stuff but don't know where these pressure coming from out of the blue. Has anyone else experience something like this?
