Needing suggestions...
I'm almost 30 and I have never had severe pains in my breasts even when I was pregnant nine years ago with my daughter. But I am at the end of my ovulation for this cycle and my breasts are so painful I can't even wear a bra let alone tighter T-shirts. Any suggestions to help with the pain or why I'd be having this issue now?!?
