37weeks 4days Anxiety ?

Question

Yesterday morning, While I was getting ready to go I started getting really hot and my heart racing I had to lay down it was hard to breath and my chest was hurting so bad. I called the doc and he said to go to the hospital.
 All the exams EKG and blood test came out good. So I guess it's anxiety? 
Has this happen to anyone ? 
I am so over being pregnant and really want to meet my son too already. 
I know he won't come until he is ready but I am finding it hard to keep calm and being pregnant.

I'm due Nov 9 so I have a couple of weeks to go hopefully he is not late 🙏🏼✨

I had anxiety prior to getting pregnant. It sounds like that's what you were having. It's definitely normal and nothing to think too deep into. Things are changing majorly in your life and getting close to the biggest change ever.

I have massive anxiety. I have had it ever since my dad passed away in 2006. I actually took medication for it for years. But once I found out I was pregnant I tapered off of it so fast and I am miserable. I have massive anxiety every single day. I feel like I am going down a roller coaster everyday my heart races and mind races it's crazy. And sometimes I feel like I can't breathe etc it sucks but all for my baby I will not take meds while pregnant. But that is the only things that calms me down. Tried many therapist and coping skills nothing has worked so far.

I had this before felt like I was going to faint but I wasn't having anxiety . I also experienced heart palpitations . I had been moving around all day when this happened and I think it was my body way of saying I need a break maybe that's what it was .

I'm also due November 9 and have been having anxiety attacks. My husband and I are currently living with his parents. They are moving in 2 weeks so the house is a little cramped. I wil be going about my day normally and have a sudden anxiety attack where it feels crippling. I was more run nything for my baby girl to be here but I don't want her to come too early. I have been afraid that a panic attack can send me into labor although the doctors say it won't. I have been advised to just sit down, do deep breathing, and have a snack or drink when I start having anxiety attacks. Best of luck in the rest of your pregnancy!
