When did you "know" you were pregnant before testing? What was your sign?

The time I tested positive was the first time I didn't think I was. Every other month of find all these 'symptoms' and swore I was pregnant. The month I got my BFP I tested the day before my period and it was negative so I was already planning and game plan for next month. I ended up being 4 days late and just figured maybe I'll test again and sure enough I saw 2 lines.

I had thrush/uti like symptoms... NEVER get this the last time I had those type of symptoms I just found out I was pregnant with my little boy. So I just knew! Waited a few days to take a test and it was positive! Also had tingly sensitive boobs right from conception

I had no symptoms of being pregnant but I had a dream I took a test and it was positive and I missed my period 3 days after the dream and I took a test and I was pregnant😍

I actually went to the hospital for a kidney stone and they told me that the pregnancy test they did was vague and took a blood test and turned out I was pregnant. Went home and took 3 tests and all positive
