So I've been out of work for about a year and I finally got a call back two days before I found I was pregnant. Did my interview and tests the day after I found out. And I have a second interview it's for a desk job so my pregnancy won't really effect my ability to do the job efficiently. But there will be the problem of in about months I'll have to be out for a minimum of 3 weeks. And I'm scared to tell them at this next interview because I'm scared they will decide not to hire me and to me that isn't fair. I'm just as qualified as a woman who isn't pregnant. What should I do? Wait until after they decide if they want to hire me or should my pregnancy be in their deciding factor?
