Found out I was pregnant 6 weeks after  I had an early miscarriage. I'm maybe on 5 weeks along. I have been having severe cramping in my lower abdominal, hips, back and legs. It was on and off all night long. So painful I felt like puking or passing out. What is weird is that I am not spotting and having normal discharge, what is going on! I'm sure I'm miscarrying and do not want a D and C , just want it over with!
