Had a false positive last cycle. We conceived but it didn't implant. Without losing steam, we want to try again next cycle. When I saw my doctor this week he said that I probably ovulate on cycle day 17, and not what glow indicated. I had no egg white CM on that day, though. Should I follow the CM like glow seems to? Or follow my doctor's indication?

OPKs haven't detected a spike in my LH when testing 2x a day for the entire time between periods (this cost a fortune and I can't do it again!)

Or should we pretend I ovulate twice and try at both dates?
