It's something I have always wanted but doesn't run in my husbands or my family. Is it at all possible?

Twins running on the male side doesn't matter since the sperm doesn't split. It's all about the egg(s). Women who are older, and women who have pcos are more likely to release more than one egg. Its possible to have twins without it running in your family.

There's always a chance. Having twins in your family or his just makes it just a little bit easier to get twins. I honestly hope for twins too! 😅 Especially if I have to do an iui soon.
