I have fainting spells and pica but it was becuase of my sickle cell anemia - trait my Docter lit me on iron pills and that helped Alot

I have had anemia since a child and whenever my iron drops low i usually feel drizzy lightheaded and very fatigue..however these symptoms are tied in with a lot of things so it could be something else or nothing at all...a dr will diagnose you
