best hint to use for infected piercing please?

I have heard saline solution is good but I googled it and it says it's for contact lenses

Is this the right one. 
Also what's the best? Thank you

There is a brand called h2ocean that makes the appropriate levels for you to clean your piercings but you can also make the same ratio with sea salt and warm water. I'd suggest buying this.

If it's infected do NOT take it out.

Saline is good and will help clean it out. (It's basically salt water)
Dont touch it with unwashed hands.
If the infection is more than mild use a gentle disinfectant like betadeine or a little bit of tea tree

Salt water is basically that just use hot water wwith a bit of salt and a cotton bud make sure you change the cotton bud after evey wipe x
