Ingrown hair? This is under my armpit. I cant really see or tell what it is but it hurts and its a big bump i think ive had it for a while. In pic it looks smaller than it feels.

I would go to the doctor. You have lymph nodes near your armpits that are responsible for basically infection control in your body. A swollen lymph node could just be your body fighting a cold or it could be a UTI or other kind of infection. Take lots of pictures to show the doc in case it goes down before you get there so you can find out as much as possible

could be an ingrown hair! I have had them quite a bit under my armpits as well and they were painful, but they have always went away in a week or so.

Thanks for the feedback. It has went down. Ive had ingrown hairs down there before so i think its the same. Ive just never had them under my armpits.
