My daughter was born almost 36 hours ago. My breasts never leaked during the pregnancy and they're barely making anything now. I may see a drop or 2 while doing hand expressions. The nurses have all told me not to worry and that the milk will come in soon, but I can't help but worry that my baby isn't getting enough to eat. She'll latch on for 5-10 minutes at a time, but I'm worried that she's aimlessly sucking and as much as I want to breast feed, if I can be sure that she's actually drinking formula that option is not completely thrown out of the window. What could I do to speed up the process and make sure she's getting what she needs?
