I am currently 35+5 and my hips have been hurting so bad the past few days I have barely been able to sleep or sit or even stand for a few minutes at a time. I have tried propping myself up and using a heating pad but nothing seems to work :( I know some of you ladies may think why havent I used pain meds but tbh I am scared to take anything because what one dr says is fine to take another says its not. My whole pregnancy Ive only taken amoxicillin for pneumonia when I was 6w along and I only took that because it wouldnt go away on its own. Do any of you other ladies have this problem and any remedies outside of medication to help? Thank you in advance.
