At my baby shower I appreciated diapers and a baby basket with all the essentials

Honestly more than half the clothes I received at my shower were newborn size and I had a big boy- I had newborn clothes packed up by 2 weeks. I always get outfits in 3, 6, 9 and 12 months sizes when I go to showers now because having stuff on hand when you realize baby grew out of everything is SO helpful.
