Mood swings

I feel like I have been pretty stable in regards to my moods during my pregnancy, but the last few weeks I have been much more short tempered. Anyone else feel this way? I'm 20w2d. I also am so annoyed by my dog, who is normally the highlight of my day. I hope this stops soon.
