late period!!!

So I was due for my period 2 days ago. And a few days or less before my period was to be expected, my boyfriend & I showered together and we had sex with no condom but he told me that he doesn't get Precum when he showers. I honestly didn't find his statement true and the sex only lasted a few minutes because we didn't want to actually finish, just have some fun. I usually can tell when my periods going to come and I haven't gotten it. I felt sort of crampy the day I was suppose to get it and my boobs are moderately tender. Should I take a test or wait it out a little longer?
