Period Hacks?

Anyone have any good period hacks to share to make that time of the month less miserable?

To sleep, I fold some toilet paper and stick it in my buttcrack. Sounds super weird, but helps avoid leakage! If you expect your period soon, wear a liner just in case to ease your mind and always keep a tampon or pad on you at all times. Also, heat helps a ton with cramps, so get in a hot bath/shower or get a heating pad (or pet.)

A few days before my period I start to drink a cup of two of red raspberry leaf tea. It's been shown to help women's cycles. I switched to a diva cup last year and won't go back to tampons. No more running every three hours or so to make sure I'm still good. They least virtually all day with no leaks on heavy days! (Plus hello savings)

I get some symptoms before it actually drops. I'm usually lucky enough to pop 2 tylenols before it comes, and I completely avoid cramping and headaches.

Use a menstrual cup as opposed to other products. Makes my period so much more pleasant.
