Currently pregnant with my first baby, 37 weeks+1day, for last the 4/5 days I've been getting painful backache, late last night and this morning I've been getting pains coming and going in my back, hips, both sides of my lower stomach and in my lady areas. I've been told labour will feel like bad period pains but I have never had period pains so have no idea what I should be looking out for, does any this sound like I could be going into labour?
