My husband is getting on nights next week and he has asked me what would I prefer him to do...staying up when he gets home for a while and then sleep until he goes to work pretty much or going to bed and spend time with us before going to work?

I'd rather him to go to sleep and then spend time with us before he leaves than keeping him up after all night working and then don't see him at all,especially since we all love sleeping but it seems like he leans more towards the first option.What works best for your family ?
