This was my second baby and I experienced back labor with the delivery of my first born .my contractions started Monday sept 12 . But they were random and I wasn't able to trace them . At this time I was 39 weeks exactly and still at work . On Wednesday my contractions become more frequent and more intense . I went to the hospital because I had been in pain for two days and figured there must be something they can do . I was checked and sent home to walk  . ( 2 cm dilated) . Thursday sept 15 I decided I couldn't make it through the work day so I decided to tell my boss I'm going on maternity leave . However this was the day that I WALKED. I walked like there was no tomorrow . I was fed up of being in pain and was determined to get this baby out . I walked until I couldn't feel my legs literally . Eventually my mom told to rest . So I gave my 3 year old a bath and called it a night . Friday sept 16 about 3am I wake up to pee and felt a little moist down there but didn't think anything of it. Got back in bed but wasn't able to go back to sleep . The pain was a bit uncomfortable but very consistent . I decided to go to labor and delivery . 4 am the waiting room was packed . There were no seats and I figured I was guna be there forever! So I started walking again. Surprisingly it was 5 am and I was called into triage(yayyy I skipped everyone) . Right away the np came in and checked me .... only2 cm I was bummed thinking I was guna be sent home again. When she took her hand out it was covered in Ambiotic fluid . She's like omg you look like you've ruptured your waters. I was overjoyed . She went off to confirm and came back in with admitting papers . It was finally time . Or so I thought. It was 5:45 and I was still in triage. I didn't get to my room until 3pm that afternoon. I figured we can finally get things going . I was contracting but not dilating . I needed pitocin . But the hospital was so busy that they didn't have an i v pump to put in my pitocin. I was getting so impatient . It was 10 pm and I was now getting pitocin. Finally he'll be here soon . By 2 am I thought I should ask for my epidural as my contractions were getting worse . And I thought I may be waiting for that too . But 2:30 came and I was getting my epidural . I was only 4 cm dilated . I got some sleep and woke up at 7:15 with pressure in my bum I knew it was time to push . 7:30 the nurse came in and checks me I was only 7cm and the rest of my water came out . I told her noIt's  time to push I can't be 7 cm . She walks out the room and comes right back in 30 seconds checks me again and I was 10cm. But my baby was still high so I couldn't push just yet . At 7:40 my Ob came in and I begged her to let me pushed seeing that I pushed 3 times with my daughter and she told me go ahead . After that one big push that I had to get out my system , she scrubbed up and said were guna have a baby . It was 7:50 when the next contraction came I pushed but I lost faith in myself and stopped halfway so baby went right back in . My ob says to me you can do this . We can have this baby here before 8 o clock . It was 7:55 and the contraction was rolling in I pushed and I can feel that his head was out keep going I told myself . I soon felt his shoulders and then the rest of his body .saturday September 17 , at 7:59 baby Ethan arrived into this world . 8 pounds  9 ounces of pure beauty.
