I'm having my first ultrasound tomorrow. It will be a vaginal one. When the doctor confirmed my pregnancy they checked my hcg levels twice and were good and then set up the ultrasound appointment to make sure the baby is progressing. Then if all goes well they will be referring me to an ob as they don't do it at my gyno. Can you ladies share your 7 week ultrasound experience with me? Did you hear the heartbeat?
