I've never done this before, and I want to put this is the best way possible.Im quitting my waitress job, because almost no training was given and the management has been terrible. I try my best and can only do so much, and now I hear the cooks gossiping about me in the back calling me an idiot for not knowing these things. Everyone has been rude, and I never received positive encouragement. I feel like no girl deserves to be yelled at by the cook, especially when the boss left her to work a shift alone with no training.
