Has anyone had ovarian drilling? And it worked with pcos

Praying this works, next step before IVF, already had failed rounds of clomid, didn't ovulate once or stimulate. Has anyone else been in this situation, been trying to conceive for ages.

Had ovarian drilling November 2015.

Had 5 consecutive natural periods but none resulted in follicules growth or ovulation, But have missed periods since may. Still not pregnant.

I'm frustrated too cuz I've been on clomid for a while now and still no bfp. The frustrating part is that the clomid worked and I've been ovulating right on schedule every cycle with really high progesterone numbers but still no bfp. HSG test came back clear and hubby's SA came back normal so now I have no idea what to do or what comes next :( I'm interested to see what other people say about the drilling though cuz i have pcos too. Baby dust to you!  💖
