could I be pregnant? please help

I've been experiencing tingles in my lower stomach, almost like shocks and I honestly think my nipples have been hard for 3 days straight lol! Not to mention sore and constantly getting little shocks and aches! I've experienced mood swing like crying for the dumbest things and getting annoyed very quick! I wouldn't of thought to much of it if it wasn't for these tingles and little muscle spasms I'm getting! (Also my "lady area" has had a couple of almost pulsing feelings I'm not sure how to explain) I honestly don't feel like myself so I took a cheap walmart test and it came back negative? I know it's such a long shot and highly unlikely but has anyone had this happen? I've never had these tingles before! My grandmother got her period while pregnant with my mom but I just don't know?
